Customer feedback on SAVI - Milano

Has anyone used SAVI, in Milano, for hard to find spares for Lancia Aurelias?They advertise on the net for hard to find spares, for example windscreen washer reservoirs for B20, and also steering wheels.
I have tried to get in touch with them, per fax, but got no reply. Do they have offices, or is it just an internet adress?
Any comment is appreciated.
