Electronical malfunction..

Hello everyone,
Yeasterday I was driving my Kappa and while I was turning volume on CD player up, it suddenly turned off and never again turned on ( on Lancia only - the player still works fine in other cars ). And after that every time I start my car, clock and heating system resets to default ( 00.00 on clock and max temp to window )..
If you have any ideas what caused it and how to repair please reply..
