Kappa serial radio

I have a problem with a radio on my newly bought ( second hand ) Kappa 2,4 JTD. When I turn it on it only shows four ones....1 1 1 1 and wont budge .... I don't understand... Is it a code thing or something?

Please help . Thank you.
