Spare parts until...?

As an owner of a Lancia Kappa the only reason i have to be afraid is the cars spare parts...This car made unfortunately very few sales (in greece where i live there about 500).After 3-4 years when the new thesis will be on road how many spare parts will remain for the kappa,and how will they cost?probably a fortune!So what can be done?

I am in England and drive a Delta HPE HF 1997 registration. Lancia pulled out of the English market in 1992. As yet i have not had any problems in obtaining the parts or an excessive price increase. This should be the case in Greece.

That happens because lancia delta was a very well shelled car...!!Instead Lancia Kappa has shelled only 500(!) cars in Greece so....

the point is that Lancia have officially sold no cars in the UK since late 1993, a few of us have imported left hand drive cars; I would guess there might be only about 30 to 50 post 93 lhd personnally imported cars in the uk. Despite this it is still possible to order spares and they usually arrive in a few days even though they have to come from Italy in some cases (because fiat/alfa obviously don't hold lancia specific spares in the UK). The worry with the Kappa will probably be that worldwide spares support could dwindle due to the modest numbers sold in particular models such as the coupé (not much more than 3000 produced) but in theory this should not happen until the cars are 10 years old

What is the price of the starter for lancia kappa?
Is it the same as that of lancia 1800cc
