Fulvia Sport S2 washer jet removal question

I have finished "recommissioning" the Foredit washer pump on my S2 Sport. Now I am screwing it back in place. The problem I currently have is affixing the tube from the washer pump to the washer jet assembly. The base of the jet assembly is not in a place where I can get a hand. It would be much easier to slip the hose on to the bottom of the washer jet if the jet assembly were out of the vehicle and then snake the hose up or down through the opening in the bodywork for the washer jet.
What is the process for removing the washer jet assembly from the bodywork?

Also, I have a copy of the hefty Spare Parts General Numerical Index. Where in that volume is the washer jet located in that tome?
