Technical books for ypsilon (1996-2004)

Unread post by Félicien Garcia »

Hello.

I can't find any technical book which explain how to change parts of ypsilon (like a windscreen wiper motor or bearings or brakes, for example)

Can you tell me where I can find that kind of book (In any language) ?

Thank you !!

Hi,

Best bet is to buy a manual for Fiat Punto of same year, Ypsilon has mostly the same running gear & I found it very helpful, Just be careful when ordering parts that you order the Lancia part, I had a rear wiper motor pack up & it looked like the motor was the same as Punto but considerably cheaper to buy so I ordered one, when it turned up it was similar but had differences & was even mounted differently & couldn't be fitted.

There is a multilingual (Espanol, English, German, French etc) software program that you can buy on Ebay called 'ePER'. It comes on a DVD, and has part catalogs for ALL FIAT, Lancia, and Alfa Romeo vehicles for the last 15 years or so.

The cost of the software is not more than 10 Euro!

This is what you need, as it has an interchange feature - but you need to look up the part first, then you can type in what part it is, and then see what other cars use that part!
