Help needed! Serious problems with Thema S3 V6 (or maybe not?!)

Hello again,
After some (lots!) trouble I decided to close the hood and spend time on something else. I suspected the tempsensor, replaced it, checked with a fixed resistor, checked the wiring, everything seems to be correct. So I decided to put plates on my Dedra Integrale since it's fun with 4wd during the winter.
Last week I tried to start the Thema and after a while it started but running very rough. But I coud at least get the car connected to a computer.
There is someting wrong with the tempsensor but not the sensor, wiring or the cpu. Next thing will be to replace the wiring from the sensor directly to the cpu. Hopefully this will work.
