Lancia 2000 Coupé (1973) Boot / Trunk light

Hello,
I am looking for a boot / trunk light. I bought one which does not fit. In order to identify the correct part, could a member post a photo of its own Lancia 2000 Coupé original boot light ? I've got the base working but the lens is missing. It is situated in the boot on the left-hand side near the rear light. Many thanks,
