engine heads for thema turbo 16v and fiat coupe turbo 16v

There are some problems with head (not with cams) on my `94. coupe`s engine and it may need replacement. In Serbia, where I live, it`s far easier to find used thema 16v turbo`s head than coupe`s one.
Therefore I wonder if I could fit my intake and exhaust manifolds to thema`s head in order to keep my electronic fuel injection & ignition system and CPU.
Besides, I`m interested are the camshafts of two mentioned the same?

Pedja,

Heads can be interchanged (you can bolt on your manifolds), but some other minor modifications may be needed.
Cams are not exactly the same, but you can use Thema 16v pair if needed (it will not upset the rest of the setup).
