I cannot say about cars in UK, but I can give you an useless information about number of Thesis in Finland:

Everything is solved now :D

I removed whole rear axle and refurbished it with rust removal and new paint.
New upper control arms, new PU bushings for lower control arms (Thanks to Vladimir) and new wishbones.
After 4-wheel aligment she rides like a dream.
