lead fuel?

hi,

i normally use non lead fuel 95 ron, but im not sure if i must use leaded fuel because i dont know if it has catalyst. it is a model from 1991, serie II, 16v non turbo.

You probabli dont have a catalist. But check it.

If you have a catalyst then you have to use non laed fuel, and if your car dont have a catalyst then you can use both fuel.

Hi Kassus,

Normally, when you have a cat. the filling hole is smaller, so a leaded feul pistol doesn't fit. (I own a '94 Thema with cat , and it's impossible to fill it with 98 ron)
This is to prevent people to fill with the wrong feul.
Anyway, I also have a '91 16V without cat and I always use 95 ron, the engine is suited for it, and it's cheaper.
