Crankshaft pulley retaining bolt worked loose

Thema 2000 16v (1990)
I have had 3 occasions in the past 18 months when the crankshaft retaining bolt has worked loose. I have retightened and used Loctite 270 thread lock without successs. Can anyone give me the factory torque settings for this bolt ? Has anyone had this problem and solved it?
