motor starting problem

I have starting problem with my Thesis 2.4 benzin.
May be you heard about this problem or can give an advice.
Sometimes I can not start the engine. When I turn the key only dashboard lights are going on in complete silence. Starter is not winding and making no noise, there is no any noise at all. Battery is OK, starter is OK, ignition switch is OK and no error message!
I have to wait cca. from 10 to 30 minutes, after that time engine starts again or I have to pull the car to start it.
After that the car is working perfectly, but the problem is coming back again time to time, specially in hot weather, but yesterday it was cold and it happened again.
It always happen only with hot engine!

Does anyone have any idea?
