Tuning of a Thema Turbo 16 v?

I am the happy owner of a Lancia Thema turbo 16 v 1992. Does anyone have sugestions on how to tune the motor? The car shuld be drivable on the road. I prefer torque over a wide area of rpm before horsepower at high rpm. I have a K+N air filter and sports exoust. Who makes the best chip for this car? Witch kind of turbo does my car have? Does anyone have good links on this subject?
Finaly, who makes a god 4 caliper brakehouse and brake discs for this type of car?
