Problem with ECU:(

Hello everyone, please contribute if you have any idea what could be.My Diva went out to run by itself, reporting the error Motor engine. 15 minutes after I restarted and drove a couple miles.Once again shut down and so on until not get cooler. Ecu reports an error on all 5 injectors, power supply. Other functions of the car are ok, power, voltage, pressure,diesel pump...Local workshop for Fiat,Alfa,Lancia suspect on ECU, actually software. Please help if anyone have idea what could be wrong.All conections are dry and checked.

try to describe the problem little bit more also with letting us know the engine you have. Wasn't it raining or stuff like that.

Hi Vlado,
it is 2.4 jtd 10V. Yes, it is raining for last 7 days, a lot of humidity.Engine just stops while i was driving and shows" Motor engine failure" on screen.I almost ended up in a ditch. It couldn't start for next 10 minutes and after that i drove few miles until same thing happens.And again and again. On workshop when we connect to alfaobd there is an error on all five injectors, problem with power supply on them. But, alfaobd don't have any suggestion what to do. Is it ECU software, or just ECU. We were checked all cables, connections, cleaned and with contact spray but nothing happens.Is there maybe some sensors which can make problem.Thanks.

Hi, have you also checked the connectors in the engine control unit? On diesel engines it's located not very ideally. It's under the left headlamp where a lot of water is getting all the time. I've seen a problem there a few times.

Hi Vlado, we checked all connectors but with no result. Today we are going to try to connect main ECU on BDN diagnostic tool and maybe change software if necessary. Also we have to check Klark sensor (panic sensor). Thanks for helping me to sort this out, i will let you know what i done.

problem is finally fixed with new software, no more errors.Life is good now.
