Lancia Thesis windows ce 3.0

Come da titolo non si potrebbe modificare il sistema operativo per far leggere dalla nostra thesis applicazioni per Windows CE?

The Connect system of the Lancia Thesis is based on Windows CE 2.12/3.00. The Thesis is one of the first cars to receive the Windows CE for Automotive as the board system software. Software has been developed by Siemens VDO. One of the system programmers: Tom Isaacson.

Hardware: Hitachi SN-4 Processor (25 Mhz?), Hitachi Q2SD graphics processor, SRAM Memory 32/21 Mb, AMD 512Kb Boot Sector Flash

The Panasonic CD-ROM player is can be suffering from a defect laser pick-up, they last for 100.000 km. You can change it yourself, the part you need is the (Panasonic) RAE0142/I.C. optical pick up.

Penso si faccia tutto, ma qualcuno deve saper programmare Windows CE ed avere un'interfaccia di collegamento con il sistema. Se la Siemens ha sviluppato il software credo che sia proprietario e quindi modificato per accogliere le funzionalita' e grafica richieste per il connect.
A parer mio credo sia piu' facile ed efficiente a questo punto sostituire il connect con uno schermo touch (non so se era qualcosa tipo tablet) con navigatore integrato e varie funzioni.
Non conosco il sistema operativo, ma sviluppano ancora per Win CE?
