Battery For Remote

Hi, I was wondering where to get a new battery for my central locking remote? Does anyone know? I've tried the usual car accessory shop to no avail. Seems it's a bit of an oddball size nowadays. By the way this is the original Lancia square "block" remote with the wine coloured button and LED next to it.

Managed to fix problem. Got a battery OK however I found that the real reason the remote stopped working was because one of the legs of a capacitor had broken. I rejioned this and the remote is now fine
