High Hc-level....

I have a problem, I can´t get my Delta 2,0 HPE 16v turbo -95, through the Swedish emission-test, the HC-level is to high, is there a simple way to cheat, to decrease the level??
At this moment I´ve tried to change:
oil, filters, sparkplugs, iginitioncables!
For 10.000km did they change, camshafts, valvs, pistonrings etc.

I know cheating is the wrong way to go, but I only have one week to drive until the car´s not allowed to be driven, unless I fix it! Please help me, I´ve heard something about that You can make a hole in a hoose on the air-intake or something like that...just give me anything, and do quick!!

And yes, I´ve tried injectioncleaner, and even 2litres of alcohol and 8litres of ordinary fuel, but no, the HC-level is about 350, and I must get below 100!

Once again, PLEASE HELP ME!!
