delta HPE engine revs.

hello,
my delta HPE '97 engine is sometimes running strange.
Revs. going up and down around 2000 revs.
Sometimes the revs dive below 500 and than the engine stops.
Also revs. stay high when shifting..... and sometimes the warning light
'injection defect' goes on (red injector picture).

whats wrong??
