Hello! Help me, please, if possible, with some info!
..Seem to have head gasket blown (first found vanished coolant, then two oil levels in the engine)...
Some questions with this:
1) what is the order of twisting head bolts when installing the head back? (May be someone will share any scheme or picture or photo with arrows? ))
2) where can I find marks to install back timing chain correct and adjust camshafts?
3) what are the valve gaps to settle?
I will be very grateful for answers and any information! Other advises are very much welcomed too! ))

Re: Help needed!
Coollant in the oil might also indicate a seal failure of the water pump, I think it would be wise to check that first. On this website you can order a cd with a work shop manual in which you can find all information you're asking for.

Charles

As Charles says. CD's with documentation can be ordered here http://www.viva-lancia.com/fulvia/qanda ... via-cd.php
You may also find some info on the Fulvia Q&A http://www.viva-lancia.com/fulvia/qanda/index.php
Note that the block number and head number that you quote are the partnumbers for the individual parts. The engine nummer is engraved on the flange where the starter motor sits.

Re: Help needed!
I recently sent a 1kg packet via UPS to KAZ from DE; it arrived 48 hours after dispatch. There was no difficulty clearing customs
Earlier in 2012 I sent the same size / weight packet to same addressby DHL........it took 3 day* to be delivered after it arrived in Kaz, arriving in KAZ 3 days after being dispatched on Tuesday. arrived at DHL KAZ on Friday; on Monday it was delivered to recipient - once again - no customs difficulty..........
Certainly a packet to Russia (unless far out on the Tundra) will not take 2 months......or ?

Re: Help needed!
I have a Fulvia 1600 sport. The starter motor ' Bosch ' ,has expired suddenly. I have both Ducellier & Bosch offered to replace .
I would appreciate opinion re choice. Both are like myself .antique but work.

Re: Help needed!
That would suggest you crank it yourself.
Dosn't really matter what you use, Bosch or Ducellier. The factory used either Ducellier or Bosch for both the starter motor and the alternator. This might help you making the choice. If the alternator is Bosch, you take Bosch. If Ducellier, you take Ducellier. Don't take the Ducellier distributor though but buy my electronic one.
