delta hf turbo wont start

delta hf turbo wont start
just fitted a new water pump, now it wont start. when i turn it over it ticks over for about 2 seconds and dies. checked for sparks thats fine, fuel is flowing. put a new crank sensor on still nothing. swapped ECU still nothing. any suggestions?

The only things that will prevent the Weber-Marelli systems starting up from cold are the crank pulley sensor, the distributor (phase) sensor and the manifold pressure sensor. When replacing the pump you may have disturbed the pressure sensor beside the water reservoir. This sensor is "special" to the turbo, the crank and distributor ones are the same as non-turbo cars.

you're spot on. it was the manifold pressure sensor, the only part out of the three you mentioned that I hadn't replaced. Its nice to hear my engin roar again. many thanks.
