Flavia Coupe steering column multi-switch

I have delivered the coupe to the auto electrician and was left trying to explain the main beam layout. I understand that low beam and park are controlled by the piano switches and high beam is switched from the push button on the end of the column stalk and the flasher is the central button on the steering wheel. The stalk also seems to have a push function. Does this do anything? Also the indicator cancel switch on the steering box. How does this relate to the cancel function up by the steering wheel?
