Re: '75 Fulvia 3 to be sold on US eBay this week

Actually no, I still have the car here in TX while he arranges transport. The "classic car world" appears to be much more active on the West Coast and Northeast than it is in TX, so I'm sure he'll get a lot of use out of the car. And there will be many more Lancias for "Tessa" to...

Re: '75 Fulvia 3 to be sold on US eBay this week

Hi again...
For those of you who are interested and follow these things, my car was sold to a buyer in Annapolis Maryland for a purchase price of $12,300. I'll be very sorry to see her go, but I'm sure from my conversations with the buyer that she is going to a good home.
Warm Regards...Chas

Re: found this tonight; fulvia Istoria

Yes, there are links to this and much more on the viva-lancia home page.
In fact, this is one of the first key information resources I used both before and after buying my car.
Cheers!

Re: '75 Fulvia 3 to be sold on US eBay this week

Hey Ed... Thanks for your helpful comments on BringATrailer.com. I appreciate your perspective and I believe the US Lancia community respects your opinion. I do truly believe this is a fine example, Fulvia 3 and all. It's been relentlessly reliable and an utter joy to drive. As I've noted elsewhere,...

Re: 1600HF Tyres

If you are in the US (as I am) your choices may differ from other parts of the world. I recently put a set of 185/70R14 Pirelli Cinturato P3000 tires on my 6x14 Campanolos and LOVE them. They are available at Discount Tires, and reasonably priced in my opinion (~$75/tire). And what better name than ...

Re: '75 Fulvia 3 to be sold on US eBay this week

The car is in Grapevine TX, smack in the middle of the country. The eBay listing number is 290347395089. Price will depend on the auction, but I've seen two Fulvias sell on eBay in recent months for $12k and $17k. This car, in my opinion, would fall somewhere in between - probably closer to $12k tha...

'75 Fulvia 3 to be sold on US eBay this week

Hello all... It is with much regret that I am going to have to sell my beloved "Tessa". Personal matters require that I pass this gorgeous car on to some lucky buyer. I'll be listing it later today, but have one more show next Saturday before, perhaps, saying good-bye. For now though, I've...

Re: The forum is back!

Thanks Huib... Yes, the interior turned out very nice. It originally had the "mint green velvet" interior, wherever you now see the green vinyl. I think I've heard it referred to as "italian taxi green". The original carpets were a nice forest green though, so I matched the inter...
