scorpion head bolt torque

Does anyone know the value and sequence for Scorpion head bolt torque?
61 ft lbs.
use the following sequence looking down on the engine:
8 6 2 5 10
front of enngine(cam wheels)
7 3 1 4 9
tighten in 3 stages
1st stage to 30 ft.lbs
2nd stage to 45 ft.lbs
3rd stage to 61 ft lbs
BTW...it's the same as any Twin Cam Fiat
