Lancia Beta Coupe brakes

I'm in the process of building up a Lancia Beta Coupe for stage rally. The unique braking system on the Coupe is proving difficult to upgrade. We would like to go to modern components, 4 pot calipers on the front, twins in the rear.
As any one performed such a conversion? The lack of part is one thing, but compensating for the rotor clearance is another. Any help appreciated.
