Don´t worry- these Thesis are pre-production models, they didn´t get a homologation and were built only for processing.
As far is i know, the picture was taken near by Turin. A few years ago the same happened here in Germany, when Fiat auctioned these prototypes and assigned a company to disassemble them. But nevertheless, this `Thesis-Cemetery´ means spare parts and `life´ for many other Thesis B).
