If any exist please contact me. Standard carburator model "mechanical fuel pump" and IE "two phased relays to hold on the electric pump appear not to do. Its a problem with starting at times as a wiggle here and a waggle there gets it going. Im sure its the power to the fuel pump, spark is okay & turns over okay but no delivery of fuel to the carburator. What relays, if any are involved. I need the schimatic dia. to trace and check all connections.

I had such problem a few weeks ago, and it was only a contact failure at the fusecase of the fuel pump relay (coupe 2.0 IE). It is next to the relays, but it is possible that this is not a factory-build fuse...
There is a wiring diagram at www.lancia-beta.de (Menu/Lexikon).
As I experience it an old Beta has many contact problems.

I have a Beta ie injection workshop manual with all diagrams & diagnostics it has been a bit wet at sometime in its life but it is ok to read just a little wrinkly yours for £10
I also have Beta wiring diagram manual I could send you some photocopies of the pages relating to starting, this is for carburettor models.
