hello everyone,
i am looking into purchasing a Lancia B 1800 and own a fiat 124 spyder 2000 being used for parts...a great engine.
how hard would it be to upgrade this car to a 2000 with such small engine space under the hood, and secoundly, are the steering boxes the same?

You have to be kidding.... first off the 124 engine is an in-line rather than transverse fitting. So it won't fit the beta. The steering boxes are completely different. Oddly enough they are two completely different cars... However, any beta engine will fit into another beta, so I'd go down that route.
