Does anyone have specifications/drawings to manufacture a hub tool for a series 1 Fulvia rear hub?... and Is there any way the ub can be removed once the entire axle is off the car? I have seen pictures of 2 meter poles and burly rugby players jumping on the bar to loosten the rear hub nut

I have no drawings of the tool, but if you have the axle off the car you have no way of reacting the force required to free the hub nuts - and two meter poles and rugby players is not an exageration ! You won't do it with an rachet. I used a two meter bar on a solid wrench, some freeze spray and a large rubber mallet - and two friends !

Neil is right. Best leave the car attached to the rear axle. I use an extra powerfull 3/4" power tool. Comes off in 3 seconds. Very occasionally I have to increase the pressure to 12 bar but never for the smaller axle nuts. Best borrow, steal or buy a powerfull air tool. If you use one it does not matter whether the axle is on or off the car.

For pulling off the hub I normally use an impact puller. I don't like it as it might damage the bearing (in my imagination). The design of the hub is smart. The inner half race of the bearing cannot move that much.

You also have to make a tool to carefully push the hub back on. You have to push against the inner race of the bearing. And make absolutely sure the nut is torqued to at least the value given in the book with no dirt or paint or anything other than solid steel under the nut nor on the other side of the bearing.

Sorry. I haven't got any drawings that I know to be correct for S1 for sure. I'll mail you some drawings of Lancia hub tools that I have. Check carefully if the desired ones are included.

I'll make templates and check against the car. Just for your info...One I know is missing from what you sent me is the rear for a series 2
