Suspension arm (part 60675743)

Hello. I'm looking for the front suspension arm (part 60675743). Here in Italy is not available. I know you're looking for in Germany. How did you solve? Thanks in advance
No parts available at the moment, needs to be re-manufacured.
A Lancia representative said, that they had trouble to find a company that was willing to produce the small quantity required. May presumably be available by end of January 2011.
