Fulvia/ Fiat Uno Clutches

Whilst Fiat UNO Turbo 1400 clutch fits S2 Fulvias was wondering if anyone has tried other clutch units eg: UNO 1.4 TD as this has 200mm plate with 20 splines and being for a diesel car, a much stiffer cover which would be better for competition use.

Are all Fiat 200mm housings the same 6 bolt fitment?

I have always bought uno turbo (at least in good faith) but my 1600 sport fitment definately has a stronger pedal push compared to the one I fitted to my HF so maybe the diaphram pressure plate etc was a turbo?? Who knows??
