Steering inner (axial) ball-joint - where?!

Hi All!

Where can I get an inner (axial) ball joint for power steering?

Lancia sell only with power steering for thousend of EUROs. :(

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!! Where can I buy this ball joint? As I seen FRAP doesn't produce...I cannot find in their catalog.
