Yes we have been around for some time now. The Lancia Motor Club of Ireland. Thanks for posting the link Johnny.
We are having a Lancia get together on the 25/26/27 April in a beautiful region of SW Ireland .The event is called the Tour of the Lakes and is a non competitive get together to meet ,chat and drive some of the famous Circuit of Ireland rally stages such as Molls Gap and the Healy Pass which are well known to rally fans.
Full detail;s of the event are on the forum and we are hoping that Lancisti from UK and further afield will come. It is easily acessible from Rosslare ferry port which is linked to Wales (Pembroke and Fishguard) and France (Cherbourg and Le Havre)

Oh No ! I can't attend & anyway its a bit far to drive in a Fulvia - from SW Germany near the Swiss/French Border, all the way to the land of my Parents. I'd look into flying, but I haven't won the lottery !
& besides, I've been recently informed that i need to get my act in order, post-haste, for the April 2008 Lancia Gamma Mini-Meeting in NE Italy , which is being held (partially) to plan for a Mega Meeting (location unknown) in 2009. The other reasons are "fun,relax,enjoy,eat,drink & talk Gamma"
+ I can only sluff-off from work for max 1 weekend a month...however, the 2008 Meeting isn't the last one you plan to hold, is it ?

Not to worry Johnny,you are indeed rather a long way away! But as you say there will be annual events in Ireland if you or anyone else is looking for a reason or excuse to come driving over in Ireland.
