Hello, I write from Italy. I do not speak German and use the google translator. I hope to explain well. On 22 March I purchased a 17''alloy wheels complete with tires. I won two auctions, always the same seller. In both auctions the seller had included a photo with two wheels. I thought that the seller decided to sell 4 wheels in two different auctions. The text was not clear in the auction (including the translation of google was not clear), but the photo with two wheels has convinced me that there were two wheels for sale in each auction. Now the seller is not responding to my e-mail. You can read the two auction (and translate it please) and tell me if the wheels were sold are 1 or 2?

Ich dachte, dass der Verkäufer bis 4 Räder in zwei verschiedenen Auktionen zu verkaufen beschlossen. Der Text war nicht klar, in der Auktion (einschließlich der Übersetzung von Google nicht klar war), aber das Foto mit zwei Rädern hat mich davon überzeugt, dass es zwei Räder zum Verkauf in jeder Auktion. he offert 1 wheel and you paid for 1 wheel. in the second auction he offert also only 1 wheel. Together 2 wheels in 2 auctions. The text on german ist definitly clear. The fotos shows the 2 wheels of the 2 auctions.

I did not realize the wheels were sold 2 instead of 4, so I was wrong. Maybe I was not wrong thinking that it was a scam. I paid the wheels on March 23 by bank transfer, but not yet received the wheels, the seller never wrote to tell me if it has shipped or not and will not respond to e-mail. This is incorrect. I opened a dispute with Ebay. If he does not respond soon I denounce to the police post. He lives in the north of Germany, but I think if he had sent the wheels have already arrived. Or not? Sorry for my English.

In case the seller didn't ship the wheels via sea-freight I would expect that they are already in Italy. The only experience I have with sending things to foreign countries was last year when I send a bottle of wine to a friend in Tokio/Japan: I put the bottle to the postoffice approx. 3 weeks before christmas and it arrived end of February the following year....

In any case if the seller really sent them off he must have a receipt and a tracking number. In case you paid with PayPal you are save. Anyway, it was a good idea to report this to ebay. They should be able to help you. But don't be impatient, it takes some time even for ebay to sort the things out.

It was a scam! The wheels do not know no never been shipped, and I discovered that the seller, after I have paid by bank transfer, has sold the wheels to another eBay member. He had 2 negative feedback. In the coming days his name will be reported to the postal police.
