Retroclassic show in Stuttgart & Lancia Meeting April Stuttgart

me hat's off to the betagammafulviaflavia & Lancia Club De Clubs for presenting 8 lovelys ...the cars were nice too....sorry, there were far more than 8 lovely ladies there...plus 8 lovely cars exhibited at 1 large Lancia Booths. 2 Fulvia; 1 Delta S4 Stradale (a new car), 1 totally new Delta, 1 old but like-new Delta 4door non 4wd; no fender flares, spoilers or stripes; simply 'simple-sleek' & very sharp !!!
+ eine Aprilia, eine Aurelia, eine Appia..all of which I wouldn't mind driving home

Caffè was hot, choco-cake was creamy, booth was well lit, organized & visited. This Event was at Retro-Classic 2010 at new Expo Center Stuttgart. Close to home ... for me !!
Free parking for "Classic Cars"; thank you. I once again annointed my car a parking spot near the main entrance & was immediately told "you can't park this car here, new cars have to go the "you-pay for parking park-haus". I, while smiling, pointed to my Historical Vehicle Plates & was allowed to stay.
I didn't even wash my 30 years old Gamma before I went, but I did rub the leather with fine hand-creme mmmm,,, & assured that the interior was perfect.
My Gamma Lives for moments like this !!
Oh yeah, besides the Lovely's, there were a gaggle of excited male Lancisti, including y.t., welcoming visitors on the Booths & (I left this to others) explaining each & every detail on each & every Lancia ! I ate Cake !!
It appeared that every m² was booked in every expo-hall. This yr I didn't walk every isle...I didn't really wish to see lots of brite-shiny Fiesta I or Kadett II etc...but I did visit the Alfa 100 Hall...
I may be a Lancia Nut...but the Alfa Hall took the aaahhhaaa cake
Still, Lancia Nut that I may be, my vote for "best classic car booth" in the Car Club Halls goes to the Esslingen
(a Stuttgart Suburb) X1/9 Bertone Club...they outdid even themselves.
They will attend MMII; they agreed that some cars, including 4cyl Bertone & 4cly Pf Lancia, don't get the respect they deserve. I hope that they arrive with many of their jelly-bean colored Y 1/9...to line up with Gamma & ANY OTHER LANCIA (or other nice older car) THAT WILL JOIN Mega Meeting II on 23 & 24 April in Stuttgart.

International Lancia Nuts have registered, but so far no German Lancia Nuts ? A Meeting in Germany with no German Lancisti ? Huhhh ? OK; there are still 5 weeks until we meet ! Plenty of time to register !!
Perhaps local Lancisti will boycott this MM II, because it is not being organized by "their Lancia Club"-D
