Item no 320184159703 is a red 1972 1600 HF which needs completion. It was sold last week for £6600 on an eBay auction (item no 170167603990) but someone - not the buyer, judging by the ebay name - has now created a classified ad with identical words and pictures but now laid out very professionally in the way a dealer might do it. This someone has zero feedback and is asking £1600 (!)
As scams go, it's not even a good one.

Another probable eBay scam, this time in UK
Re: Another probable eBay scam, this time in UK
It's £1900, not £1600, my mistake unless the ad has been changed in the last few minutes. And the wording isn't quite identical - the original ad said the car had to go because a 1959 Alfa had arrived, the new one talks of financial problems. Still smells like a scam, though. I've alerted the original seller.

Definitely smells bad. It used to be that a scammer waited a little longer before 'recycling' the photos and description; apparently this one has a short attention span...
Re: Another probable eBay scam, this time in UK
definately a scam as I wanted to view. but no deal £1900 included delivery to anywhere (yere) in UK.
John have you reported to ebay???

No, wasn't sure how to report it to eBay (how do you do it?). But I've had a reply from the original owner who has alerted eBay.

It's gone. Well done eBay for killing it so quickly.
Now I hope I'll meet the Fulvia's real new owner and his/her new car sometime... it looked quite a promising project.

Looked quite an interesting project from original ebay ad.
Clearly some trim missing like rear quater light chrome, also S1 doors, bonnet and boot lid non std but strangest of all is the Fiat 127 Sport/GT steering wheel!
Hope it gets on the road again soon. Best to new owner!
