I should like to inform everyone that last Friday, Barry Waterhouse, a well-known Lancia exponent, died.

He was 63.

Barry, ran a number of companies specialising in Lancias, including Lanciana, Italtune and more recently, Barry Waterhouse Engineering and finally, Evolution Engineering. He raced and rallied a number of Lancias including Fulvias, a Montecarlo, a B20 and his famous Delta "Stealth".

Barry will be missed by many enthusiasts of our favourite marque.

What a sad loss to the Lancia fraternity and for the people who knew him. I met Barry on a number of occaisions over the years and whilst never a guy to avoid controversy he was genuinely commited to helping people with their cars. Barry was welcoming, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and generous with his time. He will be much missed .

Rest in peace Barry. How sad that he had not long enjoyed the move to Sardinia.
