Wipe water container remove

Hello,
I don´t know how is the english world for the container in which the wipe water is....but I hope you understand what I mean....
My problem is, when I start the wipers no water comes...you hear the sound of the pump, but nothing.....
So, know I want to remove it, but I dont know how, because in the repair manuals (part 1, 2) there is no how to in it....
My engine is a 2.4, 175hp...
