lancia delta s4 1.8 spark plugs

hi, this is my first post, i have a rough running s4 1.8 1985 lancia. it has been stored for years, and the plugs removed were triple electrode ones. i called lancia / alfa romeo and they have no records prior to 1990 for the u.k, omicrom engineering were just rude, the chassis number is zla038ar000000009. can anymone tell me what the car should have left the factory with, not whats in it now, kind regards and thanks
