Camshaft

Hi guys,
I am going to repair my 1.6 MPI engine. But before I do it I wan't to plan it all to perfection... usually I go 4 or 5 times over budget so this time will be different ... or so I hope ... anyway ... I have a question!
I have a Delta 1.3 Camshaft from my old delta and, since this 1.3 had 82 bhp and my 1.6 mpi has only 90, I was wondering... will I get any benefits on using that camshaft? If you have any fact figures you'll be most welcome to show them to me.
