Just some critisism over your colour choices will make it much more readable and easier on the eye.
1. Bold text is not a good idea.
2. The text is a bit too big
3. heading is a bit too big
4. black text is VERY harsh on the eye. ( look at this webpage , the slightly gray background makes the black text much better
5. i would skip the background imange and put a few nice lancia images in the corners or something
please don't feel offended.
Just showed it too a web page developer and this is her professional input
i'll check in every now and then for updates.
