digital TV (DVB-T), DVD player and I-pod connection

Dear all,
I just wanted to inform you about the connection of an DVB-T digital TV tuner, DVD player and I-pod with the Lancia Thesis Connect system that we implemented during the weekend in my car.
Of course it needs some technical capabilities and willingness to disassemble parts of the car but the result is quite perfect. At the end you can watch TV and DVD via the Connect screen and - most important - can use your I-pod.
If someone needs more information about the solution just send me an email (english please) and I will try to explain what you need and how the setup was done. The only part you cannot buy in a shop is the line-in connection for the I-pod that is linked to the CD Changer. But if needed the person who assembled this for me will help you. For the digital TV and DVD solution it is mandatory that the car is equipped with the original analog Lancia TV tuner.

Ci parla della possibilità di collegare al connect system dvd,tv e soprattutto i pod,come mostrato nelle figure quelli sono i collegamenti da fare.l'unica cosa non acquistabile è i line dell'ipod che se qualcuno cercasse gli si può inviare una mail anche per ulteriori chiarimenti.

Salve si tratta di un modulatore TV UHF che io uso funziona bene il Video si vede su una freqenza TV
L'audio non disturba anzi si sente come la Radio PERFETTO
Facile installazzione e si compera in un qualsiasi negozio di elettronica
Devi avere il SINT TV Installato

Salve volevo specificare che per chi possiede un sint tv originale puoi vedere tramite la tv il DVD oppure un HDD come ho installato io
che legge tutto l'installazzione e' facile non hai bisogno di elettrauto e costa poco si puo' acquistare in qualunque negozio elettronica
si chiama Modulatore TV UHF
Il Modulatore trasmette l'uscita VIDEO +Audio ad una frequenza del sint tv pulita senza disturbi video e audio
Ci sono tre modelli modulatori 1 ) con uscita Audio video RCA mono 2) uscita Audio Stereo Video RCA che consiglio a tutti
3 ) uscita Schart per chi vuole utilizare altri sistemi di collegamento si puo' anche utilizare con un adattatore scart rca
la spesa e' intorno le 60,00 Euro con questo Vi Augoro Un Buon Fine e un Buon Inizio ANNO Ciao

Sasà se non ho capito male, sia la tv che il lettore dvd si possono visualizzare superati i 7 Km di velocità?

sorry that I cannot participate to your conversation in italian language.
Just a short statement to Sasa' comments.
As I wrote before it is absolutely true that the connection between DVB-t tuner and Lancia TV tuner is made by HF modulator. I have used a Modulator from HAMA at the expenses of about 40 €. You should consider a modulator were you can select the channel directly.
The only part of my solution that you cannot buy somewhere is the line-in connection for the i-pod. This selfmade cable and plug allows me to place the i-pod between the CD Changer and the Connect without loosing sound quality. I did not find any ready to use solution but would be happy to know if this is available.
