BUSINESS CONTROLLER A RUBIERA (RE):
In this position your major responsibilities will be:
Monthly, quarterly and yearly closings;
Participate in implementation and development of MIS (Manager Info System);
Follow-up results analysis (e.g.: performance of Packaging Material and Capital Equipment by portfolio and customer);
Provide decision making support and ad hoc reports to the Management Team;
Draw up financial analysis, business comments and presentations for Tetra Pak Cluster;
Prepare and support the annual target process;
Evaluate Capital Equipment offers to customers with our commercial team;
Continuously enhance and improve the processes and challenge system deficiencies.
Qualifications
Language and Education:
Successful candidates have a Master Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Control, Business Administration or equivalent. You are fluent both in written and spoken English. You have strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, especially excel). You are familiar with SAP R/3 (ISP), Cartesis/Hyperion, and Business Warehouse.
Professional Skills and Experience:
You have 1-3 years of experience as an Auditor, Controller, Business Analyst or equivalent in Multinational Company.
PROJECT MANAGER PACKAGING MATERIAL MODENA:
In this position, the candidate will work in a project team, driving projects within packaging material development. The projects typically involve both converting, material, filling machine interaction and package evaluation. The position involves approximately 30 days of travel/year, to some of our factories and development centres.
Key responsibilities for the position include:
drive material development projects with cost efficiency and quality scope;
involve specialists with different knowledge into the projects;
define and manage the project budget.
Qualifications
Education and Languages:
Degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent is required. Very good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
Any other European language is an asset.
Professional Skills and Experience:
You have 4-6 years of experience of Project Management in a development organisation. Experience from development work on polymer and fibre based packaging materials is seen as an asset.
LABORATORY ENGINEER MODENA:
As a Laboratory Engineer you will be basically responsible for suggesting and improving appropriate laboratory analytical approach and for setting the proper documentation of test methods and conditions. Moreover, you will acquire competences constantly and lead to reliability of results.
Other tasks included in your role are to:
plan your day to day activity;
work independent with analysis tasks agreed with orderers;
keep up to date with new developments within the own limited area of analysis expertise;
participate in ensuring the validity, reliability and robustness of selected testing methods;
participate in discussions with different stakeholders, such as equipment suppliers and Tetra Pak material suppliers.
Qualifications
You have a University Degree in Chemical Engineering or similar disciplines and Laboratory experience. Statistical knowledge is highly valued.
As a person you are self-motivated, analytical, accurate and pragmatic. You are a team player with excellent relationship skills, capable of working independently. Further, you are innovative, result oriented and you have a very good command of English, both written and spoken. The position is based in Modena.
LEGAL COUNSEL MODENA:
As Legal Counsel with a special focus on food and product safety, your responsibilities are:
Advising on food and product safety legal requirements for packaging systems, in close cooperation with technical and commercial colleagues, both on an event-driven and on a proactive basis
Coordinating with a network of national and international legal counsels, and external advisors, to track national and international trends
Advising on key issues and decisions in product creation and product life-cycle processes, providing broad legal advice to technical and commercial colleagues (covering intellectual property rights, contracts, confidentiality, competition law aspects, among others, in addition to food and product safety questions)
Drafting development and research contracts and assisting D&E in the negotiation, implementation and termination of such contracts
Training and enabling D&E product safety officers in food and product safety law requirements
Training and enabling D&E project managers in IPR, contracts and competition law issues,
Creating, improving and launching template agreements, checklists & other tools
Supervising external legal counsel (for expert advice or litigation)
Close teamwork and coordination within D&E Legal &Tax
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you are a qualified lawyer with at least 5 years experience either in-house in an international environment, or with a law firm in the above areas, with a strong experience in food and product safety laws and general contract law, preferably with some experience in intellectual property rights and competition law.
You are an effective communicator, a good negotiator, and work comfortably and effectively at different levels and in diverse cultures. You are comfortable using informal authority and interpersonal skills when interacting both within and outside of your own unit. The candidate we are looking for possesses a very good command of English, both written and spoken. The ability to be a self-starter and to work proactively, in a team-oriented way, together with a service minded approach, will be very useful.
