I need a new oil pressure sender for a '74 Fulvia 1.3S2.
Can any one give me the part number for this?
Also, was this a common part to all Lancias of the time or must I be careful with the rating etc.
Thanks
Simon

If your car is 1974, it will be a SIII, with Veglia sender. SIIs had Jaeger senders (and instruments).
A Jaeger sender with Veglia instruments will give a high reading - so keep one for when you want to sell the car!!!
I do not have a late enough parts book here, but if you email me at
info@evocars.com I can probably supply a SH one

Hi Paul
The car is an S2.
It has Jaeger Instruments but the sender I've taken off is a Veglia unit.
Does this mean the car had the wrong unit on?
Cheers

Yes, it has the wrong unit. Indication will be way too low.
It is the first time I hear of this combination. Usually it is Veglia instruments with a Jaeger sender which results in an indication which is way too high. I always wonder if this is the result of ignorance or an attempt to mask bad oil pressure before selling a car.

As Evolution Engineering has closed down, I have been sorting out some of my stuff.
Guess what? I have found a Jaeger sender that appears to be in good condition.
