Wheelnut for Fulvia 2-series

Do you know if the wheelnuts fitted on the 4.5 x 14 J wheels are available on other cars? I'm looking for new chromed ones, and don't know where to start looking for!

If the wheelnuts are the same size as for a 1600 HF then I have some although in need of rechroming. Where are you, I am in the UK.
