cracks in paint below rear window

Helllo,
I am a new Fulvia owner, having just this weekend purchased a 1968 Rallye 1.3 coupe! I am really "over the moon" at finally getting a coupe and really just a few suburbs from where I live.
It is a great little car, partly restored but with lots to be done still. I believe it has aluminium doors, bonnet and boot lid(?). Is it possible to fit those cromodora alloy wheels to this model? Any particular size wheel/tyre combination?
The car has recently had a bare metal respray in that beautiful darkish red paint. However, both the previous owner and myself are perplexed as to why there are now two small cracks appearing at the bottom corners of the rear window on the body. It looks to me like some sort of stress problem, or could it be just filler shrinkage (strange that it's both sides). I checked the underside (shock mounts, rear suspension mounting points etc) and to my untrained eye, it seemed OK with no apparent rust. Interior is out of the car so I was able to inspect the inner panels well and all seems well.
Car drives well with no strange suspension sounds... Any ideas on the cause of the cracks?
Thanks,
Mike
