RB MILANO WHEELS ?

Hi all ,
My 1.3S 1968 has a set of wheels on it that were fitted at the factory and have centers with the Lance and three little red elephants . It says R.B MILANO . on it also .
Anyone else know of these wheels ?
Graham at Lambda motors in Sydney is the only other guy I have met who has and he has a set but only 3 centres .
Also are Ferrero steering wheels still obtainable ?
Any info would be helpful .
