looking for replacement round headlights like the delta integrale has

sorry, don't drive lancia, but citroen cx gti turbo 2. has optional morettes - round headlights, same lamps inside as the delta integrale (with 2 round headlights)
looking for new replacements/spares...... hard to find !!
anyone info on where to get these ?
are 5 1/4 inch diameter H1 (the inside lamp)
and 6 1/4 inch diameter H4 (the outside lamp)
there are probably different brands that have these, I know/have Siem (numbers 14100 and 14110). there are also carello's........ perhaps also other brands around ??
any help is appreciated !!
