Elektroproblem Lancia Thema

Lima neu - Batterie neu - Voltmeter schwankt stark zwischen 10 und 13 Volt, z.T. unabhängig von Verbrauchern und Drehzahlt - wann kann die Ursache sein??? Kommentare erbeten.
