Kugelfischer tools wanted

I am looking for the following Lancia tools, to adjust the Kugelsfischer injection system:
8015366, 8013352, 8015365, 8015364, 8095800, 8013351
I will buy cash, rent them for copying, or if anyone have technical drawings to copy.
The tools will be taken well care of, and the tools I buy or produce will be available to other Lancisti for future use.
Any tip or help mostly appreciated.
Regards,
Erik Seierstad

Erik,
I can send you sketches from the Lancia special tools catalogue
They are not drawings, so you do not have the measures, just the shapes
From what I could see
8015366,8013352 you should be able to make, the second one is just a straight pin
8015365 is a bit more tricky since the quality of the sketch is not good
8015364 is a pointed screw
8013351 is a complex tool for holding a bush, but if you see the sketch it looks doable to make it
8095800 does not appear in the Lancia tool catalogue but 809 designates general tools, so can not be something special. the 4th digit 5 indicates that it is a test tool
Tools 8015366,8015365, and 8015364 together were a kit under lancia number 8016352
The best known adres for getting your Kugelfischer repaired is
Koller+ Schwemmer
Roethensteig 21

Maybe they sell the tools as well

Hello,
A Bosch service station may help as this tools were common to all the Kugelfisher equiped cars (Peugeot 404 and 504, BMW 2002 tii), or maybe a Peugeot dealer.

Bert and Florent!
Thanks for all the kind help so far. I now have pictures of all the tools, and togehter with measurements on the car I can produce 5 of the 6 tools.
The last problem now is the lenght of the tool 8016352 to set the lenght of the rod between butterfly valve and pump lever arm.
Have had no luck with Bosch yet (have spoken the main BOSCH agent as well as the Norwegian Kugelfuscher specialist garage), as it seems the tools are made by Lancia, not by Kugelfischer.
The tool itself is just a flat piece of steel with two steel balls on it fit in the rod sockets, so as to adjust the lenght of the rod.
Any leads to such a tool, or its exact measurements is still very welcome.

Erik

Dear Erik,
I've never had this tool nor it's lenght but I can say that I own two injection Flavias and I'm not able to make one run with the other's rod ! Each of my car needed to adjust this rod.
For example I bought one of my Flavia with a worn engine and after a complete overhall, it was impossible to make the engine run over 1000 tr/min and I had to adjust the lenght of the rod (no other modification was necessary on the pump)
I will give you the lenght of the rods of my cars next week but I think that it will only be an indication, I don't know it will really help.
Kind regards
Florent

Dear Erik,
There is some work coming up on my flavia iniezione and I am therefore also interested in the set of specialtools for the Flavia´s with fuel injection. I am especially interested in the tools : 8013351 / 8013352 / 8015366 and the 8095800. Would it be possible to learn from all the work you have done in order to get these tools or at least to get the specifications. I do have the tool catalogue, but there are no dimensions and material thicknesses mentioned. I hope you can help my out on this matter and look forward to your reply.
Regards,
Paul

For everyones info, we have now gathered the relevant info, and reproduced all the mentioned tools.
If anyone needs copies of them, or info on how to produce them, please let me know.

Erik,
I'd be interested in either buying a set of Kugelfischer tools or drawings to enable us to make them. We have just rebuilt an 820.400 that had melted the crankcase (!). We used a Bosch 2000 HF crankcase and machined it to take the Kugelfischer drive shaft. Interesting but difficult. My information suggests that the length of the push rod from the throttle should be 172 mm centre to centre or 188 mm overall.
Thanks and regards,
Martin Cliffe
